Help Us Help The Park!
The Codorus Blast has been an annual event in Codorus State Park for many years. This event has provided the Hanover and York communities with fun activities, as well as helped local businesses promote themselves. Profits from this event have helped the park in many ways, including equipment repair for the Maintenance department, furniture for the yurt, new replacement hot water tanks for the campground bathhouses, and much more.
The 2019 Codorus Blast is now in the planning stages. It will be held on June 14, 15, & 16, 2019. The Friends of Codorus State Park, a nonprofit charitable organization, will be planning, organizing, and staffing the volunteer jobs at the Blast. Our mission is to promote Codorus State Park, and the recreational and educational opportunities the park offers.
